Ingredients
6 cup
apple juice 1 1⁄2 cup
Brown sugar 1⁄4 cup
olive oil 1⁄2 cup
worcestireshire sauce 1 cup
white vinegar 1⁄4 cup
Salt 1⁄4 cup
Hot sauce 1⁄4 cup
pork rubInstructions
Mix it all up.
Warm till sugar and salt dissolves.
Inject when it's cool.
Cook right away.
Notes
Makes for an excellent injection for pulled pork!!
One shoulder/butt should be able to take 1 - 1 1/4 quarts of marinade.
I inject in the sink to minimize the spray mess
