Ingredients

bacon 24
chunks of fresh pineapple 1⁄2 cup
maple syrup 1 dash
PaprikaInstructions
Cut the bacon strips in half
Cook the bacon to about 75% done (I smoke on the Traeger for about 2 hours)
Wrap a slice of bacon around a chunk on pineapple
Secure bacon in place with a toothpick
Dunk the Danno into the maple syrup and place on a med-hot grill with indirect heat (or a Traeger at 350)
When sugars caramelize, the Danno is done!
