Cooking time

Total time
45 minutes

Ingredients

3⁄4 cup
warm water
2
eggs ((yes they are "free run", why do you ask? No battery cages for this girl))
1 cup
sugar
1⁄3 cup
olive oil
1⁄2 teaspoon
Salt
3 2⁄3 cup
whole wheat flour
2 tablespoon
yeast (I know this is a lot of yeast, but it makes a really nice loaf)

Instructions

Add all ingredients, in this order, to your bread machine & use the dough setting.

If dough is too moist after beginning of mixing, add more flour (I've used up to total of 4 and 1/2 cups). If it is too dry, add warm water by the tablespoon.

When the machine is done, cut into two equal sized balls, and place in lightly oiled bread pans. Let rise in warm location until more than doubled in size (takes about 3- 4 hours)

Bake in 350 F oven for 30 to 35 minutes

Notes

This bread has never ever not turned out well. I use whole wheat, you can use white or unbleached flour.

New variation: 4 eggs. VERY VERY Fluffy.
