Chicken satay

Ingredients

1 tablespoon
tomato sause
1 tablespoon
peanut oil
2 clove
garlic
1 pinch
black pepper, ground
1 pinch
cumin, ground
3 tablespoon
soy sauce
6  
boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (cut into strips)

Instructions

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Then add the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator (I use a Ziplock baggy) for at least 15 minutes, but not overnight.

Skewer the chicken strips and grill until ready. It doesn't take long as they're usually pretty small.

Notes

These go very well with the peanut sauce recipe.

I've done these quite a few times on the gas grill, and since typing this I am thinking it would taste really good on the traeger, so I might try it this week.
