Chimichurri Sauce

A simple South American sauce that goes great on grilled steak and chicken!

Ingredients: 

1 Cup Italian (Flat Leaf) Parsely 1 Cup Cilantro 4 Cloves of Minced Garlic 3/4 Cup Olive Oil 1 TSP Salt 2 TSP Cumin 2 TBSP Dried Oregano 3 TBSP Sherry Vinegar 1 Squirt Sriracha Sauce

Instructions: 

Place all ingredients in a food processor Pulse till it forms a sauce but not to the point of making a paste Store in a the fridge for 2 days.

Notes: 

Spoon over grilled steak ad enjoy!
