Ingredients

4 cup
chick peas (2x8 oz cans (reserve liquid from one can))
2 tablespoon
Garlic powder
4 tablespoon
cumin
1 tablespoon
kosher salt
1⁄2 cup
lemon juice
1⁄4 cup
olive oil
2 teaspoon
cayenne pepper
1⁄2 cup
tahini
1⁄2 teaspoon
Paprika ((optional))

Instructions

  1. Blend it all, but Paprika! 
  2. Put it in a bowl, sprinkle paprika on top and eat it up!

Notes

  • Flavors are best after it sits for 30-60 minutes.
  • Will keep for up to two weeks in the fridge.
  • Best with Fresh Pita and/or spicy Doritos....
