Ingredients
4 cup
chick peas (2x8 oz cans (reserve liquid from one can)) 2 tablespoon
Garlic powder 4 tablespoon
cumin 1 tablespoon
kosher salt 1⁄2 cup
lemon juice 1⁄4 cup
olive oil 2 teaspoon
cayenne pepper 1⁄2 cup
tahini 1⁄2 teaspoon
Paprika ((optional))Instructions
- Blend it all, but Paprika!
- Put it in a bowl, sprinkle paprika on top and eat it up!
Notes
- Flavors are best after it sits for 30-60 minutes.
- Will keep for up to two weeks in the fridge.
- Best with Fresh Pita and/or spicy Doritos....
