Whole or diced plum tomato (Discard half the juice) 1
onion (Sweet) 1

jalapeno pepper (Cleaned and diced) 1⁄4 cup
Cilantro (fresh and chopped) 1
garlic salt (To taste)Instructions
- Mix it.
- I used a food processor to blend it a bit, but still left chunks.
- Let it sit for a good 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Whole tomatoes in the can will taste better as they are only cooked once during processing, while diced or crushed tomatoes are cooked twice.
- The resemblance to any local eating establishment's salsa is purely coincidental.
