Instructions:
1. start with the pesto, and layer as you see fit
2. cook at 375F oven for 10 to 15 minutes
Notes:
* also add sliced roasted chicken
* usually dry pan fry the mushrooms to brown them first (really brings out the flavour
* sometimes add green olives stuffed with garlic (slice horizontally)
