2 pike filets (I prefer to remove the Y bone on smaller fish)
1 onion (sliced and put into rings)
1 shrimp, frozen (in a bag)
1 scallops, frozen (in a bag)
1 dashsalt and pepper (to taste)
1 Cedar Plank
1/2 pound garlic butter
Place pike filets on cedar plank.
Add onion rings.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Place on preheated BBQ, medium to high setting.
Place shrimp and scallops over top of pike filets.
Cook for 5 min, during this time melt the garlic butter.
Pour garlic butter over shrimp, scallops and pike.
Cook until Shrimp and Scallops are cooked, you can tell when they start to brown from the smoke coming from the cedar plank.
