Pork Injection Marinade

Ingredients: 

6 cup apple juice 1 1/2 cup Brown sugar 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/4 cup Salt 1/4 cup Pork Rub

Instructions: 

Mix it all up. Warm till sugar and salt dissolves. Inject when it's cool. Cook right away.

Notes: 

Makes for an excellent injection for pulled pork!! One shoulder/butt should be able to take 1 - 1 1/4 quarts of marinade. I inject in the sink to minimize the spray mess
