Ingredients
4 cup
Cheese Shredded (Might be a little more or less) 2 cup
Onions and Bell Peppers (Leftover from Fajitas) 2 cup
Diced Chicken Cajun and Steak (Leftover from Fajitas) 3⁄4 cup
Pulled Pork 8
flour tortillasInstructions
Lay out however many Tortillias will fit on a cookie sheet Usually 3 Med size
Put a layer of shredded cheese
Then add some leftover Onions and bell peppers I cook them untill the onions caramelize lots of flavor.
Then add a layer of chicken or steak or both
Top with more cheese
Top with another Tortillia
Bake in oven at 375 for roughly 10 min per side
Cut into 8 peices
Top with Sour cream, Salsa and Guacamole
Notes
I tried using Pulled Pork on one and it was delish!
Also after about 5 min in oven check the edges have a tendancy to curl up just press them down with a spatula.
