ketchup
1⁄3 cup
Black strap molasses
1⁄2 cup
Brown sugar
1⁄4 cup
white vinegar
1 teaspoon
Salt
1⁄2 teaspoon
black pepper
1 teaspoon
Chili powder
1 teaspoon
Paprika
1⁄2 teaspoon
Hot sauce
1⁄2 teaspoon
allspice
1⁄2 teaspoon
cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon
Mace

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Makes about 4 cups, store in mason jars. Keeps in fridge for two to three weeks.
