Ingredients
1⁄2 cup
coriander (fresh, chopped) 1
lime (juiced) 1⁄2 cup
olive oil 1 dash
Jamaican pepper 1 cup
white wineInstructions
1. Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl.
2. Place Salmon Steaks or fillets in marinade for 1 - 2 hours.
3. Remove from marinade and place on Cedar Plank.
4. Cook on Medium heat until salmon juices turn white and flesh begins to brown.
Notes
* Cedar plank should be soaked for up to 6 hours prior to placing on BBQ
