Ingredients

4 tablespoon
veggie oil
3 tablespoon
Butter
20  
- 40 peeled large shrimp,(*)devained
1⁄2 teaspoon
crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon
Oregano
1⁄2 teaspoon
Salt
2 tablespoon
flour
1⁄2 cup
white wine
3⁄4 cup
chicken broth
1 teaspoon
fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon
minced garlic

Instructions

1. Heat oil and butter in a skillet,add add garlic.
2. Add shrimp, spices,flour; stir well to incorporate.
3. Add wine,lemon juice and chicken broth and stir again.
4. Simmer on low and covered for 10 minutes. Serve over white rice.

Notes

* This sauce is even better without the shrimp for those of you that can't eat seafood.
