Ingredients

1 package
of spaghetti (linguini, spaghettini,...)
1 pound
sausage (your favourite)
4 tablespoon
Butter
3 tablespoon
pesto
1 tablespoon
herbes salees du bas du fleuve (Quebec thing) or salt to taste
1 dash
Pepper to taste
1⁄4 cup
grated cheese

Instructions

* Remove sausage casings and form sausage into 1/2 in. sausage balls, and cook them in a skillet.
* Set sausage aside.
* Drain pretty much all of the fat from the skillet and de-glaze with white wine (amount of vine depends on the amount of drippings and the size of your skillet; eyeball it).
* Cook Spaghetti, drain and put back into the pot.
* Mix everything into the pasta.
* Enjoy!

Enjoy with a white wine!
