Ingredients

salmon filet (or chunks) 1
salmon rub (Such as Traeger or Paul Prudhomme's) 1
lemon (and/or orange - sliced) 1
olive oilInstructions
1. Place salmon on a plate, skin side down
2. Brush some EVOO on the meat
3. Shake some Traeger Salmon Rub (or your preferred rub)
4. Arrange the orange and lemon slices on top of the salmon
5. Place directly on smoker, skin side down
6. Smoke for 3 - 3.5 hours
7. Enjoy!
Notes
* Be careful if using the Traeger rub, that stuff is salty!
* I used hickory wood pellets, worked out nice!
