Ingredients
1 1⁄2 gallon
Ice Cold Water 1 can
apple juice 1 package
chicken broth 1 bunch
fresh rosemary 1 bunch
Frech Sage 1 bunch
Fresh Savory 1 bunch
fresh thyme 1 cup
kosher salt 1 bunch
Whole PeppercornsInstructions
Mix it all up in a *large* container
Completely cover your bird
Cover with ice or place in fridge
Allow to soak for 4 - 24 hours
Notes
I use a large garbage bag, and then add that to a cooler of ice. Safe the fridge space!
