Ingredients

Plain yoghurt (thick) 1⁄2 cup
Sour cream 3 clove
garlic (pressed) 1 tablespoon
dill (fresh, chopped) 1⁄2
English cucumber (seeded, peeled and finely chopped) 1⁄4
lemon (the juice of)Instructions
1. Press the chopped cuke in a paper towel to press out excess moisture. Repeat as required
2. Gently mix all ingredients and store in fridge for at least one hour before using
