Ingredients

venison or moose steaks 1⁄2 cup
balcamic vinegar 1⁄2 cup
olive oil 1
red onion (chopped) 1 dash
salt and pepper (to taste)Instructions
Mix ingrediants in a glass bowl and place Venison or Moose steaks in marinade for 2-6 hours.
Remove from refrigirator 30 - 45min before cooking.
Cook on BBQ on Medium \ High setting to taste. I normally turn and rotate the steaks every 1 minute to have a Medium Rare Steak.
