Steak Workshop – May 27th

In this beefy 3 hours, we are going to do steak 3 different ways, and share with your our recipes and techniques:

  • Grilled Rib Steak with Herb and Garlic Compound Butter – We teach you the basics on cooking a perfect steak on any grill!  Finish it off with a compound butter to seal the deal.
  • Reverse-Sear Trip-Tip Steak with Chimichurri Sauce – The Tri-Tip is a cross between a steak and a roast, and when cooked using the Reverse-Sear, it is an amazing treat.
  • Flank Steak Fajitas – You’ll never realized it was so easy to make such a great dish.  This charcoal-grilled, marinated flank steak will make you wish you had room for more!

Come hungry, there will be samples of all we cook!
