This workshop starts off with an in-depth Q&A Session, where we will help you understand the foundations of cooking with fire. In addition to answering any questions you have, we will cover such topics as:
- What Tools Do I Actually Need?
- Charcoal, Pellets, Gas – The Pros and Cons of each
- How To Learn Your BBQ
- Marinating VS Injecting VS Brining
- BBQ Troubleshooting: What’s Your Pain?
We will teach you How To Cook The Perfect Steak. Learn how to nail the Reserve-Sear, a technique you can use on any cooker to produce a steak that is soft and perfectly cooked all the way through. Served with an herb compound butter and fresh baguette.
Next we move on to Grilled Chicken with Alabama White Sauce. We will part out, season and grill up some yardbird over charcoal. When ready, we serve this up with a tangy Alabama BBQ sauce that you will never see coming!
