Join us on Sunday, August 23rd for our comprehensive Online BBQ Class all about Kansas City Style BBQ Ribs.

In this class, we will prepare and smoke  BBQ Ribs, done the way we did them when we won the Canadian National Rib Champion title.   Grab a rack, cutting board and a butter knife and we can do it together!  Its easier than you think!  We will then seasoning up the ribs and and get them on the smoker.  While all of this is happening, we will be talking about:

  • Side Ribs vs Back Ribs
  • Various Rubs
  • To Wrap or not
  • Getting that shine
  • Essential Tools
  • Measuring Doneness

Lots of laughs and tips are shared in these sessions.  Bring your curiosity and let’s talk ribs!
