Join us on Sunday, August 23rd for our comprehensive Online BBQ Class all about BBQ Chicken.

In this class, we will breakdown a chicken to 8 and 12 parts and show you hop to do it.  Grab a chicken, cutting board and a sharp knife and we can do it together!  Its easier than you think!  We will then seasoning up the parts and grill them.  While all of this is happening, we will be talking about:

  • Spatchcock VS Beer Can Chicken
  • Brining
  • Seasoning
  • Smoke Flavours
  • Essential Tools
  • Measuring Doneness
