Bacon wrapped Cordon Bleu!

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
4 black forest ham
4 Mozzarella cheese (Roughly 1/4 inch by 2 inch block)
3 tablespoon BBQ Candy Chicken Rub
1 tablespoon Black pepper
1 pound bacon (Roughly Buy 2 pounds just in case)


Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with Black forest ham and cheese
Season with Black pepper and BBQ Candy Chicken rub
Create a Bacon Weave using 3 strips layed lengthways and half strips going across
Wrap up tightly and season with more BBQ Candy Chicken rub
I cooked mine on my Traeger Smoker at 300 for about an hour or untill internal Temp reaches 165
Theese can be cooked in the oven as well but may be reduce heat a bit as not to burn the bacon and insure internal temp reaches 165
Let sit 10 min
Slice up or just plate whole
