Chipotle lime butter

1/4 cup Butter
1 teaspoon lime zest (freshly grated)
4 teaspoon lime juice
2 teaspoon Chipotle pepper (minced in adobo sauce (I use “Herdez”))
1 teaspoon kosher salt


Mix all ingredients.
Apply to hot corn on the cob.
