Garlic tofu burgers

INGREDIENTS:

1 extra firm tofu, drained & pressed (340 grams)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs (spiced)
4 clove garlic (previously roasted)
1 tablespoo nfrench oregano dried
1 tablespoon russian taragon dried
100 gram Asiago cheese ((or Parmesan or another dry cheese))

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients in food processor until it forms a thick paste. Shape into patties (makes 4 large) and cook as a regular burger.

NOTES:

These don’t have a lot of fat, so you may want to spray them with olive oil or cooking spray so they don’t stick to a grill.
