Cook Time: 10 Minutes
INGREDIENTS:
2 heads of broccoli
3 tablespoon EVOO (a few T)
salt and pepper (to taste)
4 tablespoon parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Slice up broccoli for grilling.
Cover with olive oil.
Add salt and pepper.
Sprinkle cheese liberally.
Grill over indirect med-high until broccoli reaches desired doneness.
NOTES:
Would have been better if broccoli were made of meat…but it was OK all the same. 😉
