Grilled Mac and Cheese and Bacon Sandwhich

Cook Time:  10 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:

2 slices of bread
leftover mac and cheese (cold is easiest)
cheese, delicious
onions (fried)
some of your favourite seasonings, like our Pork rub
2 slices of bacon, cooked (chopped)

DIRECTIONS:

Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Places first slice, butter down in a pan.
Layer cheese, bacon, onion and mac & cheese until you can’t get any more on there.
Cover with last slice of bread, butter-side up.
Grill over low heat until bread is browned, flip and repeat.
Let sit for a few minutes before slicing, to let it all “gel”.

NOTES:

Its easier to work with the mac and cheese when its cold…otherwise it spills out.
Its easiest to assemble right in the pan, else its hard to transport.
