Mexi Cornbread

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cupcornmeal
3/4 cup10% cream
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup White Flour
5 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup Smoked Cheddar
1/2 cup smoked mozzarella
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
1/2 cup green pepper (Diced)
1/2 cup red pepper (Diced)
3 jalapeno pepper (Diced fine)
2 teaspoon ancho chili powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2 Green Onion (Chopped)

DIRECTIONS:

Mix Cornmeal, Cream and sourcream together and set aside
In a mixer combine all other dry ingrediants together
beat the egg with the oil then add to flour mixture
Add cornmeal mixture next
Add Cheese, peppers, Jalapenos and green onion
Mix on low till well combined
Pour batter into ungreased stoneware baking dish or a lightly greased pan or muffin tins
Bake on Traeger at 350 for one hour or untill toothpick comes out dry when poked into the center.

NOTES:

This Recipe could easily be doubled to fit the pan i used.
Also more Jalapenos or less can be used.
