Mexican Lasagne

5 flour tortillas
3 cup Pulled Pork
2 cup Mon terey jack cheese
1 package Cilantro fresh chopped
1 Tomato
4 Green Onion
1 Red Onion Choped
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup Med hot pepper rings (For Garnish)
1 Sour cream
1 guacamole


Chop and sautee Onion in some butter
Slice Green Onion
Chop Cilantro
Dice Tomato
Mix Pulled Pork with BBQ sauce
Shred Cheese
Start by layering Pulled Pork, Tomato, a bit of Cilantro,Fried Onion, Green Onion on one of the Tortillas
Top with both cheeses
repeat process untill done
on the very top put more cheese and Green onion
Bake in Oven on 350 for about 30 min then on Broil for a couple of min to get cheese light brown and bubbly
Slice into 4 peices and drizzle BBQ sauce over and top with sour cream and Guacamole and garnish with Pepper rings and any remaining Tomatoes and Green Onion
