Salmon Marinade

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup coriander (fresh, chopped)
1 lime (juiced)
1/2 cup olive oil
1 dash Jamaican pepper
1 cup white wine

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl.
2. Place Salmon Steaks or fillets in marinade for 1 – 2 hours.
3. Remove from marinade and place on Cedar Plank.
4. Cook on Medium heat until salmon juices turn white and flesh begins to brown.

NOTES:

Cedar plank should be soaked for up to 6 hours prior to placing on BBQ
