Satay Chicken 2

INGREDIENTS:

4 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup lemon juice (or lime juice)
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
3 clove garlic (chopped)
1 teaspoon Hot sauce
6 chicken breasts (cut into strips)

DIRECTIONS:

Mix it all
Add chicken
marinate overnight (2 hours min)
Thread on soaked bamboo skewers
Grill on high heat, 5 minutes per side
