INGREDIENTS:
6 bananas (large! )
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1/3 cup melted butter
DIRECTIONS:
1. Pre-heat oven to 375
2. Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl
3. Mash the bananas in another
4. Add melted butter to bananas
5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet
6. Bake for 20 – 25 or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out cleanly
NOTES:
Add 1 cup of chocolate chips for a change.
