INGREDIENTS:

1 cup soft cheddar
1 cup mozzarella
1 cup monterey jack
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne powder
1 teaspoon Tex-Mex seasoning

DIRECTIONS:

grate cheddar, mozzarella, and monterey jack cheeses.
Put cheese in freezer bag and add spices.
Shake vigorously and use as desired.
Keeps in refrigerator for several weeks.
Obviously, this recipe makes three cups.
