INGREDIENTS:
1 can chicken broth
1/4 cup Butter (1 stick)
1 bunch fresh rosemary
1 garlic
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingerdients
Then let simmer for an hour or so
Strain, inject your bird
Let the bird rest overnight

Let tastes dictae rosemary and garlic levels…add your other favourite herbs, too!
If I smoke or roast it I will stuff the bird with as much carrots, onions and celery it will hold. The left over carcass makes for a darn good soup.
