Number of Servings: 2 Steaks

Cook Time: 5 Minutes
INGREDIENTS:
2 venison or moose steaks
1/2 cup balcamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 red onion (chopped)
1 dash salt and pepper (to taste)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix ingredients in a glass bowl and place Venison or Moose steaks in marinade for 2-6 hours.
Remove from refrigerator 30 – 45min before cooking.
Cook on BBQ on Medium High setting to taste. I normally turn and rotate the steaks every 1 minute to have a Medium Rare Steak.
