Chicken Satay

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch black pepper, ground
  • 1 pinch cumin, ground
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (cut into strips)

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Then add the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator (I use a Ziplock baggy) for at least 15 minutes, but not overnight.
  2. Skewer the chicken strips and grill until ready. It doesn’t take long as they’re usually pretty small.
