Method
Combine the olive oil, dried basil, dried parsley, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried oregano, black pepper, crushed rosemary, salt, lemon juice, and grated Parmesan in a bowl.
Whisk or stir thoroughly until the herbs and cheese are evenly distributed and the garlic is incorporated.
Cover and let the mixture infuse for up to 12 hours at room temperature to deepen the flavors, or store immediately in a cool, dry place.
Transfer to a sealed bottle (a recycled wine bottle works well) and store in a cool, dry place.
To serve, pour the oil onto a shallow plate (optionally add a splash of balsamic) and dredge your bread of choice through it.
Notes
Optional: drizzle a little good-quality balsamic on the plate. Pairs well with black olive focaccia or rosemary focaccia.
