Method
Use a mortar and pestle to break down the dried rosemary, or finely chop it with a knife to reduce large bits.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly until evenly blended.
Store the seasoning in an airtight container (mason jar recommended). Shake well before each use.
Notes
Great for chicken, lamb, pork, even steak! Use in any recipe that calls for a Greek seasoning blend.
