Method
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat until shimmering.
Add minced garlic, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes; cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the crushed tomatoes, granulated garlic, granulated onion, and sugar; stir to combine.
Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook until reduced to about 3 cups, about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt to taste. Use immediately on pizza or as a marinara for pasta, or cool and store.
