Method
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the cauliflower into florets.
Toss the florets with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic until evenly coated.
Arrange the coated florets in a single layer in a 9×12-inch glass dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and tender, stirring once or twice if desired.
Optionally sprinkle with curry powder or additional seasoning before serving.
Notes
I’ve added curry powder too, and enjoyed that.
