Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Paprika (dark)
  • 1/4 cup Chili powder (mild or medium)
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt (or kosher)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients in a large bowl using a whisk to mix thoroughly.
  2. Apply roughly two Tablespoons to each large rack of beef ribs and smoke.
