Ingredients
1/2CupBrown sugar
1/2CupBarbecue seasoning mix (available at the Bulk Barn)
1/4CupSea salt
1TBSPDry mustard
1TBSPTony Chachere's extra spicy cajun seasoning
1TSPGarlic powder
1TSPSmoked Paprika
1TSPCayenne pepper
TSPChipotle powder
Method
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl using a metal whisk.
Once all ingredients are thoroughly mixed transfer to airtight container and store in a cool dark place

From the Author: I named it Barbecue Candy due to the sweet nature of the rub, as well as how the flavor is reminiscent of barbecue potato chip flavoring. Goes VERY well with chicken, chicken wings, or boneless skinless breasts. Avoid pairing it up with an overly sweet sauce.
