1stickbutter, soft
4ouncegood blue cheese4 to 5 oz
2cloveroasted garlic2 to 3 cloves
2dashWorcestershire sauceto taste (a couple of splashes)
1pinchthyme
1pinchkosher or sea salt
freshly ground black pepperto taste
Method
In a bowl, mash together the soft butter, crumbled blue cheese, roasted garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and freshly ground pepper until well combined.
Spoon a couple of dollops of the blue butter onto steaks grilled to your liking.
Place the steaks under a broiler for 1–2 minutes, until the butter mixture is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.
