Blue Steak Butter
1 stick butter, soft
4 ounce good blue cheese (4 to 5 oz)
2 clove roasted garlic (2 to 3 cloves )
2 dash worcestershire sauce to taste (a couple of splashes)
1 pinch thyme
1 pinch kosher or sea salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients and add a couple of dollops to steak grilled to your liking.
- Put steak under broiler for a minute or two, until mixture is melted and bubbly.
