Grilled Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, fryer (2 – 2 1/2 lb)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • 1 dash kosher or sea salt
  • 1 dash fresh ground pepper
  • 1 dash Paprika
  • 1 dash Oregano

Method

  1. Butterfly the chicken, rub the outside with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  2. Grill chicken at 375, bone side down for 45-60 minutes depending on size of chicken. Do not turn over. Squeeze lemon all over crispy skin and serve on a platter.
