Grilled Lemon Chicken
1 chicken, fryer (2 – 2 1/2 lb)
1 dash olive oil
1 dash kosher or sea salt
1 dash fresh ground pepper
1 dash Paprika
1 dash Oregano
- Butterfly the chicken, rub the outside with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- Grill chicken at 375, bone side down for 45-60 minutes depending on size of chicken. Do not turn over. Squeeze lemon all over crispy skin and serve on a platter.
