Ingredients

  • 1 each White Onion
  • 3 each Tomatoes
  • 1 each Jalapeno pepper (Cleaned and diced)
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (fresh and chopped)
  • 1 garlic salt (To taste)

Method

  1. Seed the tomatoes, and small dice them (vastly reduces fluids in final product)
  2. Mix all your ingredients
  3. Let it sit for a good 30 minutes before serving.
