Ingredients

  • 1 package of spaghetti (linguini, spaghettini,…)
  • 1 pound sausage (your favourite)
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 3 tablespoon pesto
  • 1 tablespoon herbes salees du bas du fleuve (Quebec thing) or salt to taste
  • 1 dash Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese

Method

  1. Remove sausage casings and form sausage into 1/2 in. sausage balls, and cook them in a skillet.
  2. Set sausage aside.
  3. Drain pretty much all of the fat from the skillet and de-glaze with white wine (amount of vine depends on the amount of drippings and the size of your skillet; eyeball it).
  4. Cook Spaghetti, drain and put back into the pot.
  5. Mix everything into the pasta.
  6. Enjoy!
