A simple homemade pumpkin spice creamer made with milk, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice and vanilla — perfect for fall coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups milk preferred milk (whole, 2%, or non-dairy)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 (14 oz) can
  • 3 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Combine milk, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice and vanilla in a bowl or measuring jug and whisk until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Taste and adjust pumpkin spice or vanilla as desired.
  3. Pour the creamer into a clean mason jar or airtight container.
  4. Store in the refrigerator. Use within a couple of weeks; shake well before each use.
